The location, close to the palace, was absolutely beautiful. Plus, being near the freeway made it convenient for exploring the area. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and even a welcome drink upon arrival. I also appreciated the various amenities, like the ironing facilities and sitting area in the room. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The flat-screen TV and comfortable bed made for a cozy and enjoyable stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to others. It truly exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, quality services, and enhanced luxury.

We had a great romantic escape here! the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing weekend. the location was also great, in the heart of the town, we were able to walk everywhere. the breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which had amazing food and a lovely atmosphere.
The Wi-Fi was not very good and it was hard to stay connected. some of the staff seemed a bit indifferent and not very welcoming or accommodating.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was great as it was in the city center and close to the palace. Additionally, the staff was really friendly and helpful, providing great sightseeing tips. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the room was well-equipped with comfortable furniture. Plus, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at a charming castle-like hotel. The rooms were big and comfy with a good shower, and the hotel offered loads of sightseeing tips. It's important to mention that the breakfast was great, with a variety of options, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. One more advantage that we appreciated was having a bathtub in the room.
We were disappointed that the pictures advertised a castle nearby, which was actually a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Also, the free Wi-Fi had such a low bandwidth that we couldn't even check our emails. Lastly, the included restaurant was just fair, so we recommend checking out the surroundings for better dining options during your stay.

The location was central on a busy street, making it quite noisy throughout the night. Though the area was beautiful and close to the main attractions, the freeway noise was a problem. the room was spacious with charming old-style decor, but the bathroom was quite shabby. the staff was indifferent and unhelpful, making for a subpar experience. Breakfast lacked healthy options, but the restaurant had some good dishes. the wifi was poor and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected.
The staff was not welcoming and quite unfriendly, which made the stay quite uncomfortable.
